We offer Registered Air Mail and competitively priced DHL/FedEx shipping service.
To avoid the big loss caused by parcel lost in transit, the Registered Air mail shipping is not available for order over $200. If the Registered Air mail shipping is must for you, please leave us a comment.
We will charge you the Express shipping cost, and ship following your instruction. But we regret that we can't hold the responsibility for the possible loss.
Transport cycle
Under normal circumstances, Cool Steel Jewelry proudly has worldwides shipment with DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT/EMSwithin 2-4 business days Encountered with festivals, vacation or force majeure, the transportation period may be a little longer.
Package and security
The merchandises are delivered in special container provided byL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT/EMS. Furthermore, we usually put some plastic bubbles inside the parcel to keep the jewelry steady, waterproof and crushproof. You can track the shipment via the web and get the additional information by 800 free or other telephones.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier
company. We will not hold responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and
any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
Customs are quite different in each country. please comment while you are placing order about the requirements, we will support as much as possible.
Returning Your Order
Please follow these steps to return your jewelry item(s):
1. Contact with us and offer the relevant information of the order.(ID of the order, register name, telephone number and e-mail address )
2. Describe complete reasons for return. If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged, please take photos of packaging and practicality of jewelry.
3. Costumers need to offer package ID, original packing materials and relevant bill of documents.

We are not responsible for the loss and damage during the process of transport of the returned goods. Please refer to the declaring sum filled when we deliver the goods if you want to know the product sum.
Discrepancy in color and shape
What we sell are natural jewelry, we hold the belief of making every effort to keep the most natural characteristics of our products. It is normal that the color and shape of our jewelry occasionally come to be a little different from those in pictures.
Order Status
1.Pending: Your order is submitted to us but without checkout.
2.Confirmed: Your order is accepted by us.
3.Processing: Your order is under Processing.
4.Shipped: Your order is collected for assignment by the forwarder.
5.Traceable: Tracking information for your order is available.
6.Canceled: Your order is canceled.
Please note that it normally takes 1-2 working days (DHL/FEDEX) or 7-10 working days(SZ post) for the order status to change from "Shipped" to "Traceable", since we need some time to collect the tracking information from the forwarder and upload it to our system.
